General Selling Info for November 2024:
- Date: Saturday, November 9, 2023
- Venue: Cabarrus Arena & Events Center – 4751 NC Highway 49 North, Concord, NC (Events Center B)
- Venue Size: 30K square feet of indoor event space, includes onsite concession stand
- Typical Demographics: 1-2K attendees, 0-60+ in age, sci fi/fantasy/comic and gaming crowd, families and singles
- Hours: 10 AM – 4 PM Rain or Shine
- Setup/Breakdown: Setup is 7 AM – 9:30 AM, Breakdown is 4 PM – 6 PM. Please plan accordingly.

What’s New For the November 2024 Show?
- More artisan spaces: increasing from 80 to 94 standard spaces (70 as single spaces, 24 combined to make 12 double spaces), and increasing from 8 to 12 endcap spaces
- Better traffic flow: we adjusted our activity and selling spaces to better accommodate traffic patterns
- Music moving inside: Braxton Ballew from Valentine Wolfe will be coordinating an ambient music experience for shoppers. If you are a musical performer and would like to participate, let us know!
- New and improved activities for kids and adults alike, including puppet-making classes and more
Space Rates:

- 8×8 standard space – $100 (5 out of 70 left)
- 8×16 double space – $225 (2 out of 12 left)
- 10×16 endcap space – $250 (SOLD OUT)
What’s included with your space:
- one 8′ table and 2 chairs per standard space, two 8′ tables and 2 chairs per double or endcap space (extra tables available for an additional $25 fee upon request) Tablecloths are NOT included – please bring your own!

- Please note: Although we will give every consideration and try to accommodate specific space requests, we ask for all applicants to be flexible. Careful planning goes into our layout to incorporate things such as aesthetic variety, traffic flow, cohesiveness, and general event ambience.
